The Paisley-Boney Building circa 1949. In 1949 this building housed The Dollar Store downstairs and the Law Office of E.C. Sanderson, the Ralph Carlton Insurance Agency and the Dental Office of Dr C.V. Zibelin (sp?) upstairs. This photo was taken on the Grand Opening Day of the Dollar Store. The space currently houses The Verandah and the Doctors Vision Center downstairs, and upstairs is storage. I have heard that The Verandah's space originally was the A&P Grocery.
